We’ve made the semolina cake with lemon and fennel from sweet enough twice and it’s been a bit both times!

I planned to make it today but couldn’t find semolina! Need to go to the nicer grocery store tomorrow;) do you have a fave from the book yet? So far it’s the chocolate loaf cake for me. And the rice pudding was a big hit.

The pistachio shortbread (which I made with walnuts because pistachios are so exxy atm) is up there partially because it was just so easy. Made it entirely in a food processor in like..3 minutes???
