I usually don’t mind battering (stuffing is annoying and kind of a challenge since they are delicate), but love being able to eat these with zero fuss. Maybe it would be a miss if the flowers weren’t flavorful for some reason...but then there is the maldon which would take care of that.
I can’t wait to try this - battering and stuffing them always seems too much of a faff so I never get around to cooking them!
