I almost picked up Humble Pie at Book Larder in Seattle and then hesitated and decided not to grab it, but now I regret it!! I'll try to find myself a copy somewhere again haha. Have you made anything from Carter's substance recipes yet? That sardine pasta made its way into my kitchen the moment I received the newsletter because I had already picked herbs and tomatoes for a pasta and just threw in a tin of sardines.
