I have also recently developed cast iron courage and I can't wait to try this recipe! Also, definitely going to baste my fried egg with sesame oil tomorrow...thank's for sharing!

I felt like I wrote this šŸ˜‚ We finally switched to entirely cast iron last year too (for frying pans) and Iā€™m surprised by how much I love them. Wonderful explanation for frying eggs!
